ROLE


As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are responsible for end-to-end management of our advertising campaigns using ad platforms like Facebook & Instagram primarily. Being an effective Lead Generation Specialist means you’ve spent a few years learning the tricks of the trade and are ready to put your skills to work helping a passionate and fast-growing agency serving small businesses with lead acquisition systems.


We’re looking for a self-starter who has a passion for creative thinking, a love for data / analytics and superior project management skills. You are a planner, a wrangler and a storyteller.


You are both strategic and operational; you have mastery over tools and processes needed to build well-oiled, smoothly running ad campaigns and funnels. You can follow SOP and you take advantage of opportunities to adapt and improve processes in order to consistently improve results.


To be a successful LGS, you must excel at setting up, managing, tracking and optimizing ad campaigns for 30-60 Ad accounts.


We have a series of winning ad campaigns and funnels that you will use. And as an A-Team Player, you will be expected to build on this success by bringing your knowledge, skills and experience. You will develop and create new campaigns, constantly seeking to improve our results for clients.



RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role):


You should have a strong grasp of current ad platforms, marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Digital Marketing: Help to strategize and manage all day-to-day digital marketing activities; including social media ads, landing pages, funnels and automation software.

Lead Generation: Focus on generating leads for clients using ads and funnels.

New ad campaign setup: Setting up ad campaigns and funnels using our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Content Creation: Lead and collaborate with internal team members to produce content (Campaign assets, images, videos, social creative, landing pages, etc), ensuring everything is developed on time and up to brand standards with end-results in mind.

Testing: Testing variables of copy, images, video, landing pages to optimize results.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize results with A/B tests, ad optimization, funnel optimization.

Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy.

Reporting + Analytics: Compile and analyze all the data from ad campaigns with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Communicating: Clear and consistent internal team communications using Slack, Monday/ClickUp, Loom video explainers and on Zoom video calls.

Monthly Reporting: Send timely and consistent reports to clients at the beginning of the month (before 5th) for previous month results.

Research: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our services and processes. Especially related to efficient and effective lead generation. Maintain on the industry and research innovative ways to improve ad campaigns

Attend our company meetings unless otherwise approved to be absent, including but not limited to; coaching, leadership, company training, company-wide.

Manage detailed and structured timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems using Asana

REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies):

  • At least 2 years of professional experience. Must have experience managing digital advertising across multiple social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience building funnels. We use GHL (similarities to Clickfunnels but better)
  • Tech-savvy, ability to navigate tools like: FB Business Manager, GHL/Clickfunnels, Google Analytics and more.
  • Strong creative content development skills (ad copywriting and design)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment while maintaining a sense of perspective.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects consecutively and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you. Teamwork and scrappiness required.
  • A shared passion and curiosity for making change. This includes comfort with ambiguity, a restlessness that resists the status quo, and a commitment to quality that ensures we're always making progress
  • Knowledge and experience with automations for lead nurturing. We use GHL (experience with GHL is a bonus, and we also provide training on this).
  • Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time effectively
  • Ready to start running ads on YouTube
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and cross-departmentally and ability to relay ideas clearly
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
  • Able to work M-F 8.30 AM-5.30 PM EST; Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends/holidays if the situation warrants it
  • Generally reachable and responsive to team members (Slack) during working hours
  • Strict attention to detail and cross checking data
  • Must be organized and able to follow and update SOPs and complete weekly reports.
  • Must be assertive and able to clearly communicate with team members via Loom video and Zoom video conferencing and in Slack and Monday/ClickUp.
  • Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments

Compensation:

  • Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience and demonstrated value of volume of ad accounts effectively managed
  • Range $2,000 - $5,000 per month with opportunity for further growth
  • Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis by the 5th of the month, for the previous pay-period
  • Review compensation plan after 6 months
